- Our Treats? – We are the source for an All Natural Gourmet Dog Treat, we use all USDA human grade ingredients in our treats. It’s a treat you’d eat.
- Why can’t I find your treats in my local pet store? – Just ask your local store for us, or email us and let us know which store you visit and we will contact them for you.
- Once I place my order, how quickly will I get it? – All orders are made to order so 4-6 days after your order, farther east you are the longer, sorry out there….
- What if my dog or I do not like your treats? – If for any reason you best friend doesn’t like our treats, or you are just not happy let us know why and we will refund your order.
- What are the shelf life of our treats? – Since we DO NOT use any preservatives in our treats the shelf life is 3 – 4 weeks, we only bake what we know we can sell.
- Our Packaging? – Currently we use a rice paper stand up zipper pouch to keep our treats fresh as long as possible.
